Why should I use a software based rental system?

In today's internet obessed world every business should take advantage of the opportunities it offers, for a property rental business this is even more important. Your business doesn't rely on local or passing trade and the internet is the most cost effective form of attracting customers on a national and international stage.

However with the introduction of broadband and the enhancements of the web people now expect a lot more from the websites they use. Therefore to be successful on the internet you must have a website that is easy to use, functional and well designed. Within the property rental market it is key that your photos, description, rental rates and availability are clear and well laid out. Using our system you can be confident that all of these criteria are met and exceeded.

Why not use pen and paper?

Pen and paper does have one advantage over an application, it is available at anytime however if you lose that diary what happens then? To overcome this one problem we have enabled integration with excel so you can export data to your pc and print off as required.

Pen and paper makes it impossible to automate tasks and to ensure people are reminded of events you will need a paper trail i.e. email, therefore it is impossible to run a successful business without a computer. By implementing a complete online reservation system you are streamlining the rental process and ensuring that each sequence of events are carried out automatically.

Can pen and paper run your business 24/7 365 days a year, no. With our software your business is operational continously allowing you to make money while you sleep!

Do I require my own website?

If you have your own website we will happily update your system to be able to function with our software, however to ensure we provide the highest level of service we will request that the website is hosted on our servers.

What happens if I don't have a website?

If you don't currently have a website we will advise on a suitable domain name, and arrange for this to be configured and your email account activated. The website will be hosted on our secure and protected servers to ensure your complete privacy.

Who is responsible for the content of the website?

You are responsible for the content of the website and have full control, however we can provide full assistance in the content creation and property descriptions if required.

Can I add more pages to the website as required?

You have full control over your website so you can add multiple pages, this allows you the flexibility to keep generating unique content.

Technical Questions:

Is my data secure?

We host our system within a completely secure data house, our system is encrypted and protected via SSL certificates.

Do you offer a backup service?

Our servers are backed up continously ensuring that in the worst case scenario's you data is protected and can be restored at anytime.

Do I need to understand HTML?

No, as we can provide a complete service you do not need to carry out any web design or website updates. We also offer a theme module this allows you to add multiple pages of content using a system as easy to use as microsoft word.

What do I need to run the system?

The system is fully hosted on our servers, so all you need to run the system is a pc with internet connection. You will require an email program such as Microsoft Outlook or express, we would also recommend a spreadsheet program to review your reports etc....

Can I use my phone to connect?

Currently we do not offer a mobile solution, however this is in the pipeline and will be launched within the next 12 months. In the meantime you can export your contacts into Outlook via excel.
